When preparing to view properties in Portugal please allow plenty of time to plan the trip. We cannot guarantee an appointment for last minute bookings
Prepare a shortlist from the site of the properties you would like to view and request any further details you may require about the properties, this will give us an idea of the properties you like and also plenty of time to make the arrangements, allowing us to add more property if they become available.
When looking at houses rather than land or ruins, we need a minimum of two weeks to make the appointments with the vendors.
Please supply us with a means of contacting you whilst you are in Portugal, mobile or hotel numbers, there are some rare occasions when we may need to rearrange an appointment.
Please let us know if you are canceling the appointment, regardless of how late it may seem it saves our precious time and it would be what you would expect from us.
Schedule. A days typical viewing schedule. Meet Between 9am and 10am at a prearranged place or at our office in Friumes. Discuss the days schedule and amend any property variations that may have occurred. Head out to view the first of the days property breaking for lunch at around 12.30 before the siesta. The rest of the viewing's are resumed after lunch. we recommend that you only view six properties in a day as it can become confusing with more than this but it is possible to view more if required depending on the locations of the properties. We have no deadline for the finish of the day.This schedule is only a guide and is typical of the viewing procedure.
