We aim to always offer a good service to our customers we still offer free property viewings and genuinely help all our clients that come to view our properties. The information and advice we give is based on our local knowledge and experience within Central Portugal, good experience, as we have lived here for over 10 years now and we are happy to share our knowledge with you.

Property Management Services: now offered as part of our business, designed to help you with particular situations where our being here can be of further help. Because we understand the difficulties in leaving a house unattended for a period of time (we know how fast the weeds can grow) how when trying to sell and present a house at its best and not being in Portugal gets tricky and when renting out means you have to be here to change over clients and clean the property, we have services to help you. Regular maintenance may need to be carried out with painting, cleaning gutters and repairing little things like locks or hinges or a broken pane of glass, or looking after the swimming pool. Maybe you will need to leave your pets or arrange for work to be done when you are away. We hope that if you know you can contact us and arrange for us to take care of things for you it will give you piece of mind, a solution to your problem in numerous little situations regarding the care of your home, pets, properties, business or investment.

Charges:
Because each building & land area is unique we need to discuss each job with the client to establish the exact details and to give accurate costs.
  • Rates may be hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. Plus fuel & journey time
  • Often a contract is set up for 6 or 12 months - stating the days or hours agreed.
  • Emergency call out can be provided if required
  • Materials and or additional third party spends.
